I had a fabulous time enjoying the international cuisine at the 4 onsite restaurants. The terrace offered stunning views of the lake. I also appreciated the convenience of renting a car or motorbike at the front desk.
Oh, and how could I forget the joy of enjoying a limited breakfast with no vegetarian options? Such a delightful experience!

The hotel is beautifully traditional, with friendly staff who speak English well. Upgraded to a room with a stunning lake view. The service was excellent and the decor exceptional. Comfy memory foam bed, reliable WiFi, and a unique sensory experience. The staff sent a welcome mail and arranged airport pick-up. Room was quiet with a lovely lake view. Delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, especially loved the tasty pho.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's traditional design was very unique and full of character. the comfortable beds and fresh fruit in the room were a great addition. the staff were always smiling and friendly, they organized airport transfer and the wifi worked perfectly. the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops close by.
The photos of the room were misleading, and there were no tea or coffee facilities unless asked for. the view was obstructed by utility poles and wires, and the hotel was located on a busy road with a lot of traffic noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and stunning decor of the hotel. It felt like stepping into a museum with its intricate wooden features and statues. The room was clean, modern, and provided a comfortable stay. The staff, particularly Jimmy, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Despite the small bathtub and limited breakfast choices, I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located near a beautiful lake and a multinational hotel. the rooms are traditional and charming, with great decorations and cleanliness. Getting around is easy, as you can take a taxi or Grab to go anywhere you want to.
The hotel staff could be more transparent about payment options and upfront costs to avoid confusion at the end of the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with amazing staff who welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The hotel is located in a great spot in the city, with easy access to Tay Ho area and the city center. We loved the fact that it was situated in front of a lake, making for a beautiful view. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
Almost perfect, but there were a few minor downsides to this hotel, which we found could have been improved slightly.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Hanoi. The room was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and bars. We appreciated the complementary map of the area.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower pressure was weak. We also noticed some mold in the corners of the shower.
